Wainman Hawaii is proud to present another important series of boards, The Magnum Surf Boards. With awesome graphics and top-of-the-line construction, some may be tempted to hang them on the wall. But, make no mistake; these boards were made to rip. We think you will find these boards to be the perfect recipe for fun, whether you are kickin it in the flats or taking on serious swells.
The Wainman Magnum is a continuation of the current classic “gun” surfboard shapes. Now available in 4 easy to use sizes: 5'7" (Magic Seven) for girls and smaller guys, 5'10" (Perfect Ten) for medium sized dudes, 6'0 (Sick Zero) for medium to bigger riders and for biggest guys or the lightest conditions or fastest waves 6`2 (Double Barrel).
This series has a classic shape, nice nose rocker, beautiful and very fast outline and magic bottom 3D shape. This board is designed for the highest performance. It also has more rocker, turns way better than before and generally is a killer machine for riding real waves and turning on them.
Because of the narrow classic shape they are also very fast and therefore navigation with kite is excellent as the acceleration and holding the speed are great. The perfect condition for Wainman Magnum is side-shore but it is also suitable for the others wind/wave directions.
Surfing:
When the wind is dead and the waters are moving and rolling, there is nothing better than just paddling those waves to surf them. You can use your Wainman Hawaii Surf board to do so and this will be a great experience.

So that rider weight and varied conditions are covered there are different sizes of Surf Boards in the Wainman Hawaii line. You know your conditions best; but, in the spirit of keeping the drama out of choosing the right board, talk to those who are already riding or call us anytime.
Surf Series:
This series of 4 boards are narrower and designed for higher performance, faster waves and for an aggressive style of riding. Its strong colours correspond well to the character of whole series. However, their friendly spirit makes them perfect boards for riders of all levels.
Wainman Hawaii Magnum 5'7 x 17.30" Surf Board:
Five-Seven is the smallest of its series and so it is a great board for lighter and smaller riders. It is a great weapon for really big and fast waves for bigger riders.

Five-Ten has a combination of dimensions that makes this board a true all-rounder. It is fast, turns on a sixpence and surfs waves of all different kinds and sizes. Can be used strapless and even paddled into the surf when the wind goes away.

Wainman Hawaii 6'0 x 18.30" Surf Board:
Six-Zero is a great allround board from light to windy days for heavier riders. It can be also a great light wind board for medium riders.

Wainman Hawaii 6'2 x 18.90" Surf Board:
Six-Two is a really low winder. The amount of the surface in this board lets big riders plane even on the lightest wind days. This board requires some weight to be held down while faster kitesurfing, so this is the good choice for bigger riders on light and really light days.

Construction:
Construction of this board is a medium weight, durable full custom epoxy construction with hi density Styrofoam core and PVC foam double sandwich shell. Only finest fibreglass is used for this lamination and all the weight in the board is its strength, without any putties or fillers. Boards are very strong but still light enough to have lots of fun strapless and quick to plane.
Fin Setup:
As the Magnum is intially made for kiting big waves, this board comes with rear and front pads, bag and 5 fins, so you can ride it with 2 settings: Thruster or Quad.
Thruster will make the radius of the turns a bit longer and will hold in the turn better while the Quad setup will let you turn quicker, edge better, but on the huge waves might not hold to tight in long turns.
Totally new in the industry is the straps inserts that have a nice offset pre-positioned inserts so every rider can offset their stance according to their natural preference.
Waveriding:
When the water starts to roll and become 3D, it is important to have the right tool. Wainman Hawaii Surf Boards are designed in style that will make you stand out on the water and with an attention to detail that will help you take your riding to the next level.
Carving:
When the waves are not up, you can stilll use the power of the wind and ulitimate carving shape of this surf board to your advantage. Jibing, speeding, pointing upwind – it is all great fun and freeriding starts to take on a new meaning when one of these Surf Boards is between you and the water.
Strapless Fun:
Generally kitesurfers are used to having straps that attach you to the board. Well it is no longer that simple and obvious. Riding strapless is just unbelievable fun. Standing freely on the board that is moving very fast brings much more emotions to the whole aspect of riding. The challenge of just riding and cruising make it so different and challenging that everybody should try it. The carving feeling when everything relies on the riders position and balance is multiplied by 10. Pure fun.
