Aim of this privacy Policy

Aloha d.o.o., Tolstojeva ulica 14, 1000 Ljubljana (ActionMama) values your trust by giving us your Personal Data and we promise to treat your Personal Data in accordance with this policy, applicable legislation and your wishes. We use Personal Data to process your orders, to send you the e-news to which you subscribed for or for contacting you through other means, if you gave us consent. At the same time, we use your Personal Data that you gave us to improve our products and your expirience when shopping with us through any channel. 

This Privacy Policy is applicable for processing of Personal Data which is collected and processed online, as well as for Personal Data collected via other channels (telephone, retail, prize games, if not otherwise defined). 

This Privacy Policy aims to give you a clear view on how we process your Personal Data that you provide, our dedication to protecting it, your rights and the options you have to control your Personal Data and protect your privacy.

 

What is Personal Data?

“Personal Data” is any information that relates to you and identifies you personally, either alone or in combination with other information available to us. ActionMama will collect various Personal Data about you that you provide us with, including your purchase history. ActionMama will not be collecting any special categories of Personal Data (unless so defined otherwise). 

 

How and which Personal Data we collect?

 

Your Personal Data is collected by: 

 -          E-news sign up- where every user signs to e-news, which include news of informational purposes, offers, events, promotions and any other news ActionMama wishes to share with you; 

 -          Order (via internet or phone)- when ordering products you need to give us your Personal Data in order to process your order; 

 -          Registration- ActionMama offers you possibility to register so that you don’t need to insert delivery information every time you order a product. Registration is not required for the purchase and it is your choice whether you register or not; 

 -          Prize Games- different Personal Data is collected via Prize Games, which may have additional terms and conditions, as defined here. Please check terms and conditions of every prize game, before entering; 

 -          Our retail team: in the event you wish (it is not required for the purchase) you can also give your Personal Data to our team in retail. 

 

Personal Data collected from you may be (depends on which Personal Data you want to provide, and the purpose of each form or way of collecting Personal Data):

-    Phone Number
-    A password that is encrypted
-    and the additional information given by the user of the website ActionMama.com

 

From your Website usage (sign-on, order…) browser sends data about you through our servers, including your IP address, date and time of your visit and how long you remain on our site, the referral URL (site which you came from); pages you visited on our site; and information about the device or browser (e.g. browser type and version, operation system).

ActionMama may from time to time collect Personal Data differently, about which you will be informed by adding Privacy Policy to such collection and terms of use. 

 

How we use your Personal Data?

 

Processing your order

If you have ordered from ActionMama, we will use your Personal Data for sending you the ordered products and also about contacting you about status of your order via e-mail, phone or otherwise, so we can execute this purchase agreement. We will also forward your Personal Data to final provider so your order/ reservation can be confirmed. We process Personal Data in such way based on the purchase agreement we have concluded with you. 

 

Provide Customer Support

If you contact us via Customer Care Department, or to other departments via e-mail, phone, chats (in our web-sites or on social media web-sites) we will process your Personal Data, including your order information and history to process with your request and provide you with the best service available. We will process such Personal Data in a way necessary for the performance of contract with ActionMama or if it is required by legal obligation. If it is not necessary to process your data for either of these reasons, we will process it, as necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interest.

-          If you sub- scribed to our E-news and therefor wished to receive our E-news and agreed with our Privacy Policy, we will send you personalized communication via E-mail, based on your consent; 
-          If you gave consent (either online, or via phone or in retail) for personalized communication, we may communicate with you via phone, SMS, e-mail or with catalogues. 
-          We may also send you catalogues based on legitimate interest, if we legally process your Personal Data and if you didn’t request otherwise; 
-          If you purchased a product and gave us your e-mail address during the Purchase, we may use this e-mail address to send you direct marketing e-mails of our similar products or services. We are giving you a chance to say otherwise with order confirmation e-mail and in each and every next communication you have a chance to withdraw your consent for such communication. 

For the purpose of personalization, we might send you the offers, which are relevant based on your previous purchases and communication with us. Therefor we will do such personalization based on legitimate interest of Aloha d.o.o.. Such personalization will also enable us to provide you with the best experience while shopping with ActionMama. 

We may also use your Personal Data for the purpose of re-targeting and ads display, if we process your Personal Data based on legitimate interest of Aloha d.o.o., unless you objected to any kind of personalized communication from Aloha d.o.o., which you can do- at any time. Re- targeting and ads display made by Cookies, is made in accordance with our Cookie Policy. 

Analysis

ActionMama will use your Personal Data also for analysis and research (wherever possible, such analysis and research will be conducted on pseudomized or anonymized basis), which is necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interest and understanding of our customers and your preferences, identify patterns and trends, enhance user experience, provide information, content and offerings tailored to your needs, general research and statistical purposes and aggregated reporting purposes, for development of new products and services, monitor performance of existing products and services and improving our technology, to be able to send your personalized marketing messages and to display online ads.

Do you share my Personal Data?

Contractual Processors

We respect the trust you have given use by sharing your Personal Data and we will not share them with anyone else for their own use or purpose. However we may share your Personal Data with our contractual processors for e.g. delivery of your products (our warehouse, delivery service), payment of the order (e.g. banks), personalized communication (printing houses, delivery service), SMS sending machines etc. with whom we have concluded written agreement about processing your Personal Data only for the purposes defined above.

Social Media

ActionMama websites may provide you social plug-ins from various social networks. If you choose to interact (by registering an account with social media), your activity on our website or via our apps might also be available to that social network, based on the privacy policies you have agreed when registering on that network. If you don’t want to share those information, please log- out of such social media.

With authorities

In the event of any requests from legal or law enforcement and if required for certain legal process, investigations etc., ActionMama might share your Personal Data with such authorities.

With your consent

In addition to the above, ActionMama might share your Personal Data only with your prior consent as to whom (which company) and for which purpose we can share your Personal Data. This is not a standard practice, however it may happen in the future. 

How we protect your Personal Data?

ActionMama is working efficiently on implementing appropriate technical and organizational security measures, based on the conducted risk assessment, to protect it against any unauthorized or unlawful processing and against any accidental loss, destruction or damage. 

In addition, we will not share your Personal Data with third countries (non- EU countries), except if appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable legislation have been taken. 

 

Do I have any rights?

Of course. You can at any time request to exercise below rights, without any costs.

Withdraw consent

Do you wish to limit communication from Aloha d.o.o. (to just certain channels of communication) or don’t want to receive such communication from Aloha d.o.o.? No problem! 

You can withdraw from receiving e-mails by clicking unsubscribe button in every e-mail or from all channels (SMS, Print, Catalogues and e-mail) by sending e-mail r calling us to +386 1 436 3654.

We will withdraw your consent as soon as possible, however it may technically takes a couple of days. Therefor we apologize if you receive any communication from us in the meantime.

 

Access, deletion and correction of Personal Data

If you have registered account, you can check certain Personal Data about you if you register. However, for access to all Personal Data, please contact us by sending e-mail and we will send you a copy of all Personal Data we process about you. Such Personal Data will be provided in machine readable form, which can be transferred to third party on your request. 

You can at any time also request to correct your Personal Data or Delete your Personal Data by sending to e-mail . 

How long will you keep my Personal Data?

We will keep your Personal Data until we are legally required or until we have your consent. However you can at any time require to access your Personal Data or delete Personal Data (except if we have an obligation to further process such Personal Data).

ActionMama wishes to comply with internationally recognized principles and legislation of Personal Data. With this aim, and also based on your feedback, we will update this Privacy Policy in order to ensure it is free of any mistakes and that it contains appropriate information about your rights and processing activities and that it complies with applicable legislation and best practices. 

We may change it from time to time, to keep with new legal and marketing developments and opportunities. If we make significant changes, we will inform you via notification on our web-sites or sending the updated Policy to your e-mail. In any event an updated Policy will be always published on this website. 

SSL protection

All user data is protected against unauthorized access to the website by SSL protection. We use GeoTrust certificate. When payingwith Paypal, you enter information on their side.

Cookie Policy

IP addresses are also collected for the purposes of ensuring safety. Each user is assigned a cookie to monitor and identify the shopping cart at the beginning of the website visit. ActionMama.com saves some persistent cookies on your computer, such as Google Analytics cookies (analysis of the site) and the identification number of the user in an encrypted form (identifying users at the next visit).
ActionMama.com collects all the data on the server permanatly, except the cookies. Session cookies are stored on the server only for the time interval of the visit and are deleted after one hour. Permanent cookies are stored on the user's computer.
